Another focus was the development of our leadership skills. In the workshop “Leading with Appreciation in Everyday Work”, we explored the role of leadership in daily interactions—and how it can be shaped intentionally.

  • building a feedback culture
  • fostering responsibility and trust within the team

Team Meeting – Transparency and Clear Collaboration

In addition to workshops, team-wide exchange plays a key role in how we work together.

In our recent team meeting, we focused on:

  • general updates and key information
  • organizational changes and restructuring
  • clear rules and expectations for collaboration

The goal was to create transparency and strengthen a shared foundation for daily work.

Community Matters

Beyond all the content and structure, one thing is especially important to us: connection.

That’s why we ended the day with a shared lunch.
Because strong collaboration is not only built through processes and methods—but also through personal interaction.

Our Conclusion: Development Is an Ongoing Process

At GNV, people development means learning together, growing continuously, and actively shaping how we collaborate.

And one thing is clear:
We are far from finished.
