WE WERE THERE – HEATEXPO 2024 in Dortmund with our WORLD FIRST!
At HEATEXPO 2024 in Dortmund, we presented our new GN X series to the public for the first time after more than a year of development. This innovation sets new standards in geothermal energy development and enables a climate-friendly heat supply for private households and businesses.
At a time when climate change and the need for sustainable energy solutions are becoming increasingly urgent, a climate-neutral heating and cooling supply is essential. The challenges not only affect large energy suppliers, but also local decision-makers, municipalities, companies and homeowners. Geothermal energy and renewable heating solutions are the key to a rapid and sustainable heating transition.
Technological innovations for the heating revolution: The GN X series
With the GN X series, we offer a revolutionary solution for geothermal systems. What makes it so unique?
- Static up to 40 tonnes (D400) load-bearing capacity: Our distribution chamber is the first of its kind to achieve a static load-bearing capacity of 40 tonnes. With the use of a load distribution plate, our manholes are ideal for areas subject to heavy traffic.
- Up to 12.5 tonnes (B125) without load distribution plate: For lower loads, the standard cover (B125) is sufficient without additional measures.
- Load distribution plate as buoyancy protection: The load distribution plate also serves as effective buoyancy protection and ensures maximum safety.
- Static testing up to 1.5 metres of standing/pressing water from the manhole floor: Our manholes can withstand high water pressures and are statically tested to function reliably even under difficult conditions.
- 750 mm telescoping: Each chamber has a telescoping feature of 750 mm, allowing flexible adaptation to local conditions.
- High flexibility thanks to variable installation depth: With an extremely low installation depth of 1.69 m to 2.09 m and a preflow seat no deeper than 1.20 m, we offer maximum flexibility for your project.
- Replacement for winding pipe and concrete shafts: Thanks to our unique design, expensive and heavy winding pipe shafts and, for the most part, concrete shafts are no longer necessary. This significantly reduces costs and makes geothermal systems more affordable for domestic and commercial users.
- Cost-efficient and fast delivery times: Our GN X series is not only many times cheaper, but can also be delivered much faster than conventional solutions.
- Detailed installation instructions: We provide detailed installation instructions for all load classes to make installation easier for you.
- Available load distribution plate: You can purchase the appropriate load distribution plate directly from us.
GN X-Series – Models and number of probes
The GN X series currently comprises two models, with a third in development:
- GN X1: Up to 24 probes with main shut-off device
- GN X2: Up to 44 probes with main shut-off device
- GN X3: In development with at least 64 probes and main manifold bar in OD 225 mm
